Resilience for the Holidays Series
SOLD OUT: You can still register for Sessions 2&3 individually. We all know how stressful the Holidays can be, so this Holiday season, Air is offering a Resilience program that’s open to the public! In this mini program, you will have opportunities to learn essential skills to have a healthy happy Holiday. Sessions are December 7th, 14th, and 21st, 2021.

In this 3 - one hour session program (led by Air’s favourite Coaches), you will explore ways to deal with conflict and drama, set healthy boundaries, and handle the stress of the Holliday Season! This program will take place via Zoom.
Session 1: Managing Conflict (ie dealing with drama!)
December 7th, 2021, 7:30 - 8:30 PM Atlantic Standard Time.
In this session, you are invited to privately reflect on your family patterns. You will be able to identify what dynamics and events have historically contributed to family conflict. You will be encouraged to reflect on their role within your family and consider how you can leverage your wisdom and strengths to support better, more resilient relationships.
Session 2: Managing Strong Emotions
December 14th, 2021, 7:30 - 8:30 PM Atlantic Standard Time.
In this session, you will have the opportunity to learn about your emotions. Often our beliefs about emotions and negative thinking patterns are unhelpful. Emotions, concerns and/or fears will be explored in a safe and supportive environment. You will learn strategies to manage strong emotions during the Holiday season, which can be a high stress time!
Session 3: Setting Healthy Boundaries
December 21st, 2021, 7:30 - 8:30 PM Atlantic Standard Time
Finally, with holiday expectations and activities, sometimes you need to set limits. The Holidays are the time to invest your energy in the things that bring you joy. That’s why in this session, you will learn the importance of boundaries, and how to set healthy ones so that you can have your needs met this year and avoid feeling guilty or burnout.
