‘Tis the season to adopt healthy habits and Air is offering an open enrollment program to start the year off right! In this mini program, you will have opportunities to learn essential skills to build resilient habits for the new year!

In this 3- one hour session program (led by Air’s favorite Coaches), you will explore ways to deal with conflict and drama, set healthy boundaries, and handle the stress of changing times! This program will take place via Zoom.
Session 1: Managing Conflict (ie dealing with drama!)
January 11th, 2022, 7:30 - 8:30 PM Atlantic Standard Time.
In this session, you are invited to privately reflect on your social patterns. You will be able to identify what dynamics and events have historically contributed to conflict in your life. You will be encouraged to reflect on their role within your relationships – be it family, friends, or colleagues! - and consider how you can leverage your wisdom and strengths to support better, more resilient relationships.
Session 2: Managing Strong Emotions
January 18th, 2022, 7:30 - 8:30 PM Atlantic Standard Time.
In this session, you will have the opportunity to learn about your emotions. Often our beliefs about emotions and negative thinking patterns are unhelpful. Emotions, concerns and/or fears will be explored in a safe and supportive environment. You will learn strategies to manage strong emotions so that you can weather any storm that might be thrown your way this New Year.
Session 3: Setting Healthy Boundaries
January 25th, 2022, 7:30 - 8:30 PM Atlantic Standard Time
Finally, with the expectations of our demanding lives, sometimes you need to set limits. 2022 is the year to make investing your energy in the things that bring you joy a priority! That’s why in this session, you will learn about boundaries, and how to set healthy ones so that you can have your needs met and avoid feelings of guilt or burnout.
