A Great Way to Engage

Similar to a physical fitness, activity, or wellness challenge, a mental fitness challenge is designed to build mental muscles. This is a fun, fast and engaging program to bring to your team, association, or membership. In as little as 5 minutes per day, your group will be able to see results in 6 to 12 weeks.

What Does It Involve?

Participants:

  • Join an expert-led challenge kick-off to learn how building mental fitness is similar to building physical fitness
  • Commit to 5 minutes a day using our interactive pocket coach over the 6-12 week challenge
  • Earn points and badges along your personal training

Team Captains:

  • Each program requires a team captain to work with the AIR team to help promote the challenge and motivate the group
  • Help incentivize the challenge by offering up a fun individual or team reward that can be earned by collecting points or earning badges

Assistant Coaches:

  • AIR Assistant Coaches are available throughout the challenge to provide support and encouragement to ensure success

Your internet-based Resilience Training (iRT) companion is available at your fingertips. Throughout the challenge, participants learn how to build resilience, using convenient, evidence-based exercises they can access and practice any time, any where, on any device.
