Resilience coaching differs from other forms of coaching. It is not limited to behaviour change. Rather, its primary goal is to equip you with information and tools that will support and prepare you to meet life’s challenges with confidence and courage.
Air’s resilience coaching is a whole-brain workout that leverages Air’s evidence-based Resilience Inside Out© curriculum. The importance of embodiment is explained and emphasized, and culminates in being fully present, powerful, passionate and purposeful in one’s own life.
The expert Air faculty guides the process by prescribing activities and tools to promote self-discovery and understanding. Building on the A21, this phase gets deep into the connective tissue to release unhelpful habits and adaptations.
This lays the groundwork for restoration of healthy habits. By leveraging the power of neuroplasticity, core training accelerates learning.
It is a required Pre-requisite that individuals complete our Personal Resilience Assessment prior to starting coaching with a faculty.
