How are you feeling today? Check-in to see how you are doing. Your stress, energy, and mood are great indicators of your resilience.
Make it a habit!
Try using AIR Space right after a routine that you already do every day. For example, do you your daily check-in after brushing your teeth. This will make your AIR Space habit more sticky!
If you become 1% better every day, in one year you will be more than 37x better than your current self.
