Dr. Jackie Kinley is a psychiatrist, Associate Professor at Dalhousie University, and founder of the Atlantic Institute for Resilience (AIR). She began her career in family medicine before transitioning to psychiatry, where she developed deep expertise in trauma, emotional regulation, and resilience—particularly during her service in the U.S. through critical incidents such as Columbine and 9/11.
Today, Dr Kinley’s work as a psychiatrist adds a fascinating and deeply impactful dimension to her leadership and transformation efforts.
