Who can sign up for a resilience assessment and courses?

If you are curious, self motivated and ready to take your health and performance to the next level, resilience training is for you.

Just two things you need to know!

1) We do not operate in the clinical realm of psychology (counselling, clinical or psychiatry). We do not assist in the diagnosing or treatment of mental illness. If you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms of mental illness, please contact the appropriate health professionals.

2) These programs are designed for adults only.

I don’t know where to start?
That’s where a resilience assessment can help. It provides you with the self awareness and insight you need to come up with your personal development plan.

This helps you decide which mental muscles need your attention first!

Do I really need an assessment?
No. You can choose to take courses on your own and you will learn a lot! However, the assessment helps to identify your key development opportunities so you don’t waste your time or resources on skills you already have.
What is resilience coaching?
Resilience coaching is a skills driven process that aims at building resilience by targeting growth areas identified by the FRQ. It is a process designed to help you stretch and strengthen yourself.

Your personal coach helps come up with a mental work-in that’s right for you. Building mental fitness takes effort. Your coach helps you stay motivated and accountable. Watch the video above to learn more!
