WHBIS equips leaders with the skills to recognize, prevent, and respond to psychosocial risks such as bullying, harassment, and unsafe relational dynamics.
The course introduces the RISE Operating System: Recognition, Intervention, Sustainability, and Evaluation. RISE is a roadmap for embedding trauma-informed, psychologically safe practices across all organizational levels.
Goal:
To transform workplaces from reactive crisis management into proactive resilience systems that protect both people and performance.

This course introduces the Be Fit Framework, designed to strengthen 16 “mental muscles” across four brain circuits. Through guided mental fitness practices, participants learn how to reframe stress as a growth pressure, increase their adaptability, and develop stronger focus, calmness, and emotional regulation.

To provide individuals with a roadmap for training their brains, building psychological stamina, confidence, and clarity to thrive under pressure.
Who it supports:
Professionals in high-pressure environments, leaders seeking stronger mental tools, and anyone who wants to boost resilience and performance.
Key objectives:
- Learn and apply the Be Fit Framework.
- Identify 16 mental fitness skills tied to thinking, relating, and leading.
